17mm flute length, 6.35mm (1/4") shank, 55mm (~2") overall length.

For a cutting width I am getting 6.3mm.

TIPS, Feeds and Speeds

For beginners, In Wood a good place to start is 2mm Depth of cut, low RPM, 7mm/s feed rate. Increase depth of cut until you get to 1D(6.35mm), then increase feed rate, then increase RPM.

On a 2'x4' LR3 in MDF, I have ran it at 6mm DOC, 9mm/s, medium RPM, up to 40% step over  10mm/s plunge.

On a 4'x4' LR in MDF6mm DOC, 40mm/s, makita speed 1, 40% step over, link.

On a 4'x8' LR4 Cutting OSB I ran 7mm DOC, 20mm/s 5mm/s plunge, 40% step over, full depth finishing pass @ 20mm/s, Drill 4mm doc @5mm/s, conventional cutting
