1/4" 1 Flute Carbide Up Cut EndMill

17mm flute length, 6.35mm (1/4") shank, 55mm (~2") overall length.

In Wood a good place to start is 2mm Depth of cut, low RPM, 7mm/s feedrate. Increase depth of cut until you get to 1D(6.35mm), then increase feedrate, then increase RPM.

On a 2' LR3 I have ran it at 6mm DOC, 9mm/s, medium RPM, up to 80% stepover 55mm/s cutting, 12mm DOC, 22mm/s plunge, single flute 1/4" single flute endmill in MDF.
