EMT Conduit or other suitable X and Y rails, buy locally.
Buy, make, or reuse -a table to use it on,
A router or other tool, Makita 700 series is excellent
Some cable ties, or other methods of securing wires.
You will need some 1/4" (6.35mm) or less wood or other material for the Strut plates,
An endmill to cut them with, make sure it fits your router.
If you plan on doing tool changes, a TouchPlate really helps. Some people use these, a lot of others don't need them. If you want more details, ask us in the forums.
